FediList shows account information for administrators/moderators of instances, however it respects the discoverable flag on the account, and does not show the bio if that flag is enabled.

In Pleroma, this flag is behind an option in your profile settings called “Allow discovery of this account in search results and other services”. It is disabled by default. It is probably called something similar in other systems.

If you want to see the admin’s account, you can click on their username and view the information on their instance.
